Refund policy

We want you to love your Nape&Co neck stretcher. If it isn't right for you, you can return it. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

14-day returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. The item should be in a clean, resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging with the storage bag.
