1. About us

This website, naperitual.com, is operated by Nape Ritual ("we", "us", "our"), a small business based in the United Kingdom.  You can contact us by email at naperitual@gmail.com.

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Who can buy

Our products are sold to consumers for personal use. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

3. Our products

We sell the Nape Ritual Neck & Shoulder Stretcher and related items. We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes and weights are approximate.

Our neck stretcher is designed for general relaxation and comfort. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please follow the instructions on our website. If you have a neck or back injury, ongoing pain or any medical condition, or if you are pregnant, speak to your GP or physiotherapist before use. Stop using it if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness or tingling.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Where we show a previous or "was" price, it refers to a price at which the product has been offered for sale.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract with you

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of your order being accepted. If there is a delay we will let you know as soon as possible. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate, and ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please email us and we will look into it with the carrier.

7. Your right to cancel and return

You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Full details, including how to return an item and when you will be refunded, are in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us with your order number and a photo. You are entitled to a full refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery, and after that you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of returning a faulty item.

9. Using our website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, or copying our content. All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without our permission.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

10. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is your own genuine experience and does not contain anything unlawful or offensive. You allow us to use it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, severe weather or strikes. If this happens we will contact you, and if the delay is likely to be substantial you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything not delivered.

13. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, please email us first at naperitual@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
